J & D Residential HVAC has always been very responsive and timely over the past several years of using them. This year they again responded quickly to troubleshoot a problem with my heat. After 3 weeks of running emergency heat and me having to contact them to get updates, I ended up calling another service provider that addressed the issue within 48 hours.

Dave was extremely polite, kind and professional. As far as price, I only called them, so I can't say if they are reasonable, low or high. I would hire them again if needed.

Well done once it was finished, 2 heads would have been better than 1, and 4 hands would have been better than 2,and 2 strong backs would have been better than one. I will definitely be calling J & D Service for more help the next job that pops up. Good job & good people! Thank You.

We received great service from J & D. Our wall-mounted heating and air unit went on the fritz after a storm, and they were able to come out the day we call to take a look and diagnose the issue on a holiday weekend. They were also very quick to install a new one when we figured out the old one was beyond repair. We definitely recommend their service!
