J. Dorsey is a pleasant person who not only chipped my brand new tub upon installation, but also had to reset valve body because he did not check depth of tile. He was only able to make a minor adjustment that did not allow for the originally chosen tile. Also he did not dry fit the Kohler Hydrorail as directed in instructions nor confirmed that the shower worked properly. Fortunately, I checked before tiling to learn that no water is going to the showerhead, I would think twice on hiring him - quick and dirty, but polite.
