J. Edward Renovations LLC

(0/5 Stars)-Our company sold J. Edwards 4 quad loads of clean fill for a job they were working on July 12th, 2024. Said he was good for it and would pay but never did. We have tried contacting them for the last 11 months and they avoid all contact. Very unprofessional- I would not recommend doing business with them as they do not pay their vendors... If he pays his overdue balance with us (In FULL$1,181.92) we will remove this negative review until then the truth will stay posted here.

After meeting with several companies for roofing estimates, we decided to go with John. He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. He's a busy guy, but managed to get our big roofing project on our house done in a timely manner. This was my first time replacing a roof and he had many great recommendations and was accommodating to our busy schedules. Great guy, great service, and great value. I've already recommended him to others.

Hired John to fix a garage wall that was broken down.I got my quote and thought go with a local company. Johns crew started fast but I had to call them back to fix almost every Job they did. John took months to get back to me, to get the work fixed. I would pass on this company as they don't care about your project. A couple day job turned into a year long ordeal. I would think twice on this one.

Great company to work with. Professional, timely, and cleaned up every nail after our porch remodel. Having an old home (120 years to be exact) it presents challenges with every project. Jason was able to make the necessary changes to make it all come together beautifully. We’ve dealt with many contractors as we renovated this old home. J. Edwards was second to none. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks again guys, we will be calling about our other home soon.

My husband and I asked John to do a complete tear off and framing out a small area of our roof, fix a rotted out section of wood in our kitchen, and replace a fire escape door with a double hung window. Overall, our experience was everything we wanted and more. We are so grateful that the crew was able to come out before the weather got worse, he was very fairly priced (actually the best quote we got!) and the quality of exceeded our expectations. John gave us his best recommendation on what we should do about our roof without cutting corners, communicated with us efficiently throughout the project, and the crew worked so hard...and it shows! I will definitely be recommending J. Edward to friends and family. Thank you so much, again!
