Jordan was such a help and guide! He came to look at an older washing machine, and confirmed what I suspected was the case; it would cost more to repair than to replace. He didn't just leave though, he asked about my dryer to make sure it didn't need a repair, too. Then he was super helpful in answering a bunch of questions about where to buy a machine I can trust, what brands are the most reliable and durable, front vs top loader, agitator vs no agitator...the list goes on. He answered every question easily and never held back the 'why.' I originally contacted him about our dryer having issues about a year ago. After a great repair experience on that, I recently got in touch with him again because our refrigerator was acting up.
