John was amazing from start to finish. I reached out via text and he responded promptly, answered all my questions and fit me in his schedule in a timely manner. His price was extremely reasonable. He showed up do to the job exactly when he said he would and took pride in his work. Our tile floors look so much better!! We are very happy with all aspects of working with J. G. Carpet Cleaning! I can very highly recommend John’s services from J. G. Carpet Cleaning. I have had pets and children wearing out my furniture and rugs all of my adult life and I’ve used many carpet and cleaning services; and never has a more thorough job been done! John paid excruciating attention to detail on every aspect of the job. And not only did he vacuum and clean all surfaces; but he also used a special tool for removing pet fur. He also worked very hard to remove water so that everything dried quickly. His prices were great. He was responsive and on time. And no, I didn’t know him prior to hiring him.
