I have called Jeff twice this far, not ever meeting him face-to-face. Every time I called, he would return my calls within minutes. He is not only honey in his advices, but is extremely patient and willing to help, explain and ensure that I understand what he's explaining. His most recent help to me was a breaker issue which took him only a few minutes to assess and resolve my issue. Amazing people! They were the closest to me and still almost an hour away. Instead of saying they couldn’t help, they answered promptly when I called, walked me through fixing the power problems over the phone, and were very respectful. Definitely recommend!
