Building our first home was a big step, and choosing the right builder was the most important part of that journey. We first came across Josh when we toured one of his model homes. While we were impressed overall, I had a few reservations about some of the features. Josh picked up on that right away and, instead of just trying to sell us on it, he invited us to see his own home. That visit completely changed everything for us. We bought a newly built home from J. Henry Homes. We didn't find anything to truly fix in the house but Josh still answered every call and text and took care of every minor thing we pointed out - like even a simple scuff mark. Just a few months in the house, we were hit by a tornado. Josh graciously answered our calls in this tough time and agreed to work directly with insurance to repair the home. This is when we truly understood his deep expertise with homes. We deeply appreciated all the genuine advice about the house as a first time home owner. Josh tirelessly answered all our questions and was very patient. Constantly in touch and in communication. No cutting corners, quality through and through!

This was the second new construction home I've built in the last 20 years and I can say that J. Henry Homes was far superior to my first go around. We had an exceptional experience, we love the dream home we were able to design and build. Amazing options, beautiful Floorplans and amazing lot choices made it second to none. I highly recommend them for your next home build.
