J Hensley has helped us twice in the past year on projects, and they have been a pleasure to work with. They arrive when promised, leave the space clean and provide excellent work politely.

We’ve used Jeremy’s company maybe a dozen times over the last 10 or 12 years. And although his prices were nearing outrageous, the work was good. And the folks he sent to our house were always nice. That said, I will never work with Jeremy Hensley again. Let me tell you why. We asked Jeremy to come to our house last year to look at multiple things that we wanted done around the place. He arrived on time and was pleasant. We walked him around the house, showing him the jobs that we wanted him to do. There were quite a few, probably a dozen or so. At the time, I thought it was odd that he didn’t take notes. But, I guess I figured he had a good memory. One job in particular was more of a priority than the others, involving a roofing issue. Never has there been a higher quality standard. The care and trust provided with a project is top of the list. Highly recommended!

They seemed extremely professional after coming out to quote a project, but after 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called back and they said they were backed up with quoting other projects. Following up with a client can go miles.

Absolutely not recommending this company their communication was not as direct as I thought from reading the past reviews. Definitely Approach with caution.
