J & J Overhead Doors

Alex came to give us an estimate to replace our garage door on 8/14/23. He was running a little late but once he arrived he got right to work. We ordered a new door. He was able to answer all our questions and give is an estimate. Once it arrives and installed, I will update my review. It took a while to get the door ordered but it was installed today 9/22/23 and we love how it looks and even sounds much more quiet. The Installation went smoothly and they cleaned up after they were done and hauled away the old door as requested. We are very much satisfied. Good job J & J Overhead Doors!

I LOVE my garage door! The Team was excellent from day one! I contacted them again, a year after moving in, for some additional remotes and a backup battery. John was amazing and the process was smooth and communication was even better!! Highly recommend!! :)

My wife and I have been amazed with this company and it’s responsiveness and the way it does business. From the way the phone is answered and visits scheduled to the service, transparency and quality of same upon timely arrival, they are awesome! We recently ran into a problem with our garage door and they were here same day and even remembered the last time they were here and the conversation we had, etc. Everything you want in a small and local business is built in with J&J. Obviously I don’t want to have to call them again anytime soon… but definitely not because of them, only because there would be another problem for them to honestly, quickly and reasonably resolve!

Again, this company has surprised me with their business ethics. I am very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the gentlemen who came to repair my garage door. Very reasonable and fair charges. Thank you J&J.

These guys are great. The owner is hands on and makes sure that your experience with them is to your satisfaction. And it will be because his field guys do a great job. They adjusted and services a hanger door for me and will now do all of my warehouse door work. Thank you J&J!
