J-Jan Landscaping Services

I hired JJan out for a large landscaping project. Within just a few months, half of the shrubs (50+) they planted along with 2 of the trees died. Despite acknowledging the problem, they refused to re-plant and correct the issue. Now I have to hire someone else to fix the problem and pay them for a job I already paid for once. They even told me they would refund some of the money, but then I never heard from them again.

We had a palm delivered and installed which fell over from the hurricane that pass through here in September. What we discovered was during the initial installation, they failed to remove the heavy plastic rap around the root ball, which did not allow the root ball to take root. Well we paid to have the palm placed upright and four weeks later, it feel over again from a minor storm that blew threw last night. Appears they have no idea of what their doing, as the trunk of the palm was only in the ground maybe a foot. We have called multiple times to have the palm placed back into the original hole, without any response. These folks did an outstanding job on our yard, great crew and very responsive. They showed up when they said they would and got it done! We would not go to anyone else!

John was super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect tree for my mom's birthday present. I would use J-Jan landscaping again.

I had nine palm trees installed. They did a great job and the trees are doing great!
