J & K Contracting

Moved in to a new house recently, which is currently being worked on by J&K. Been several occasions where I can not leave my house due to construction equipment breaking or big piles of dirt in the road. I attempted to contact the owners by email and all they said is they would talk to Cody who I am assuming is the manager working on site. For about 2 days after that he would come up and notify us of what they were going to be doing that day so we knew if we needed to leave or not. It wouldn't be such a big deal but I have a 6 month old son who has a heart condition and don't want to have to walk a block to get to a car if there is an emergency. Needed to get into my storage unit which is right next door to these guys. They had their trucks parked in the storage unit lot blocking access. They are 24 hr access units, but apparently these guys think they can just park wherever and not care that they are blocking access to our units that we pay for.

These guys are a joke, they are averaging less than 3 feet of road per day. The pile of trash at the end of my street has been there for 74 days and counting....

The work is good but the employees are racist and rude. It's unacceptable and management needs to evaluate the employees they have hired
