Colt and his team did a great job helping me at the last minute get my roof fixed and ready for the 4 days of rain last week. The price was very reasonable and they showed up on time, replaced the flashing, fixed 30 year old broken tiles, resealed all the pipes, and cleared out the debris in the gutters. I really appreciated all their help getting my roof weatherproofed as we enter into the wet season. Thanks Colt and the JL Ray team.

After completely exhausting my options, my brother’s contractor referred me to them, and by the grace of God, they answered the phone. Within less than 45 minutes, Steve had a crew at my home. And this was on Christmas Eve morning as it was pouring rain. I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly feeling pretty emotional when Steve stepped in and came to my rescue. Our 50 year roofs were sealed completely.We have two roofs with our multi level home. JLRay has worked with us before and this was a great option for us.

I went to San Clemente High School and graduated in the same year and class as Jeff Ray. I watched his business grow over the decades, but always thought his company was the most expensive, which may or may not be true. When we needed to reroof one of our family owned properties here in town, we decided to use JL Ray for a complete reroofing of our commercial building. They did such a great job, we have now contracted them to reroof two other properties of ours. We found that our concerns about cost were unfounded, based on the quality of the products and professional services rendered from start to finish. We didn’t do any cost comparisons, but we do feel that JL Ray was the right choice for our projects, and we would recommend their expertise to anyone who wants their project to be done

Reroof w new plywood and self adhere fire rated cap sheets. Installed wrong product. Worked through a resolution to keep on the wrong product. Installed incorrectly as 1/3 of roof had mole runs within two weeks. At least 5 call backs as the seems were not fully adhered in various places along seems of cap sheets before finishing the install. A very unfortunate experience on a low pitch rectangle 1100 square foot flat roof.
