Lost water during the blizzard of 26’. Called lemme well and they came out Same day, diagnosed issue and made repair. This is the type of service you rarely see these days. From the initial call, they walked me through what the issue was and what needed to be done to get the water back up and running. Amazing experience, very fair price! Our water stopped working, so my husband called them yesterday. Today they came out, determined it was not the well pump, and were about to leave thinking it was an electrical issue, and then they decided they wanted to look at one more thing. Tuesday afternoon spoke with answering service, received a call back in 20-30 minutes. Sent two well techs out same afternoon. Diagnosis: Need new pump. Fielded all my (many) questions. Came onsite and installed new pump Friday. Very professional, everything went smoothly!

They advertise 24/7 service, but I called twice this past Thursday evening (at around 5:20 and then around 6:15), talked to their answering service or whoever answers their phone, and never got a call back. Our well was leaking and we had no running water. It would have been nice for them to at least call to say they couldn't come out. Got A.B. Hoxie out the next day, they fixed the problem in less than an hour.
