Our furnace was acting a little weird so we called Joe. Joe was able to come out to the house quicker than another company we called and he was even kind enough to help us troubleshoot over the phone. Joe was able to get our furnace up and running and also offered to perform an inspection of our water heater as he noticed the extraction vent was rusting. I'm so grateful that he did because the extraction vent had rusted holes and we could have been susceptible to carbon monoxide 😱 Joe is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt! We 100% will be using him for regular preventative maintenance in addition to any emergencies that pop up with our systems. We would also recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable company!
