They painted my exterior 2 years ago and did an excellent job. After just about two years, 2 sills and the mullions on my porch door had begun peeling and they , Billy, came out and fixed it! At no charge! They really honored their warrantee. Thank you for such excellent customer service! A beautiful job!

J and M gave us a bid for painting a ceiling. They said it would take a day and a half and the bid was $975. That seemed reasonable for that amount of work so we hired them. In fact, the job took two hours in total. They were in willing to make any significant reduction in the bill. We felt like at most the work was worth half of the bid. We feel like we were really ripped off. We would never hire them again.

We had J&M paint the interior of our home in 2014 and I was so upset at the time that I had to walk away from any effort to salvage the situation. We had been promised a high quality of work to be overseen by a specific work boss only to learn that he was going to be sent to a job up in Park City and that he had found a team consisting of his dad and some other random people to do the work. We had a 4 year old and an infant at the time and were hoping to use a professional painter to finish fixing our walls after a month spent removing wallpaper from every single room—we were DIY-ed out at the time and were willing to pay to have our kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, stairwell, landing, three bathrooms, and three bedrooms painted. I recently used J&M Painting Plus to paint my newly finished basement and I can’t say enough good things about my experience dealing with this company. The quality of work, prompt delivery of service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. My basement finish is beautiful and the job was completed in just a few days! I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a painting contractor. They will definitely be my go to painting contractor in the future.

This was a horrible experience. They were very unprofessional and did not do any of the things needed to be ready to do the job on time. They had more than two weeks to prepare, but, waited to the last minute to order supplies such as grinders and epoxy. This caused major delays. Then, they decided to try to switch us to a different kind of epoxy and not what we had agreed to do. They only did this because they were unprepared and that is all they could do. Worse, they tried to make me find the materials they had to bothered to order. They did not even call any other Sherwin Williams stores to see if they had the materials. AND FINALLY, they knew we had a deadline (other contractors could not come until AFTER the floor was done), and he just walked away from his commitment and left us in
