My technician was great. Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and asked if my pets were away prior to opening doors. Also cleaned floors after service. However, I give 4 stars because I did not have a good experience trying to get ahold of the receptionist to schedule anything. I waited 6 days for a new water heater and one was able to schedule me. I called multiple times, left 2+ messages with no call back, and only kept calling until I got an answer. Would recommend the technician 100%, but attempting to reach them via phone is very difficult.
Couldn't be more happy with the experience! They were wonderful to talk to, and fixed our problem in no time at all!
