Christmas morning and I had a flood! Brad was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling and from start to finish did an amazing job! I can’t recommend them enough, very informative and professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of water damage management and restoration! They literally saved Christmas Day at my home!

I came home Christmas Eve to water pouring out of my ceiling. I had no idea what to do. I called my plumber and he called J Miller for me and gave them my number. They called within 10 minutes and were there in less than 30. They assessed the disaster, left to go get equipment and we’re back quickly. They had the insulation and debris cleaned up in a couple hours. They saved Christmas! I was going on a cruise the next day so that was a relief. Then while I was gone they handled the demolition for me. All their employees are professional and do an excellent job. I was able to speak with the owner throughout the process and she always made sure I was happy with their work. They even got me fixed up with a contractor to do the reconstruction. J Miller Restorations had worked on our house 3 times now over the last year and half including one major tear out and cleaning of 2 bathrooms (leaking toilets). They are always professional. Communication is amazing! They're usually good about coming when they they're coming for checks but if they have to reschedule or even just running behind due to another job, they ALWAYS reach out and let me know what's going on. They're great about explaining what's going on with the house and what's needed to happen as far as tear outs, sewage cleaning or mold cleaning. Love these guy and gal! They do great work!
