John Naia Saved me thousands of dollars when I called and he answered the phone he was so happy "hello" he said. I hello he said how can I help you I said my air conditioner is broken he asked me to take pictures and he gave me a price over the phone. When he came to my house he was so kind and was smiling. He looked at my air conditioner and told me what was wrong with it. Then he gave me the same price he told me over the phone. I said okay let's do it. He called me the next day and told me that my machine will be in on Wednesday.10:00 in the morning on Wednesday John showed up with his . helper, and he had it done in 1 hour. I was thrilled. Best customer service! Very quick to come to the house when our heat was not working with our newborn in the home. Identified the problem quickly and had our heat running within minutes. Very honest and does not try to sell you anything you do not need as commercial HVAC companies will. Knowledgeable and very kind. He explains the issue to you in terms you can understand. We have used him on two separate occasions (once for air conditioner and once for furnace) and would recommend to any individual with HVAC needs. The absolute best around!
