Spadaro has always provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I have a 104 year old house, and they have fixed radiator pipe leaks, unclogged drains, fixed running toilets, repaired my hot water heater, and augered my main line when it backed up. They have sent a few different techs, and the issue has always been resolved the first time.

I had a gray material pipe leak and called Spadaro, I have used them for 30 years and not once have they let me down! The 3 guys they sent, Chris O, Chris A and Chris C were fabulous! They stopped my leaks and will be coming back to replace old plastic gray pipe in a couple of weeks. The whole company is very very nice. Love them! Thanks guys!!

This review doesn’t even begin to explain how great this company is to me. I manage a portfolio of community associations and Spadaro is always my first call for my plumbing needs. Doesn’t matter the situation the team is prepared to resolve a variety of plumbing needs. Emergency services are timely and responsive to the after hour needs of residents. The techs are personable, give you the patience needed when going through stressful situations. They have also educated residents and management on better serving the needs of the building.

Needed emergency weekend service. Called the service center and was connected to someone that said they’d probably be there in about an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours and called back. Was told that someone would contact me. Waited about 40 minutes and called back and was told the same thing. Never received a callback, not even to say that they weren’t available. Absolutely no communication. Basically wasted an entire day. Very poor customer service and completely. Very unprofessional behavior.
