John is a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was easy. The technicians arrived on time and were very respectful of our home. They did a fantastic job cleaning our a/c vents and they were reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again.

Very pleased start to finish. Called for a Dryer Vent Cleaning. It was scheduled promptly & at a reasonable price. On service day I was given a two hour window, the guys arrived promptly & could have not been any nicer. Big thumbs up. Highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with the service we got from J R Air Duct Cleaning. They were very communicative with us for the entire process and they went out of their way to make sure they would be able to do their job properly in the high-rise building we live in. They also spent time talking with us about how to protect our floors when they cleaned our dryer vent, and they did a good job doing just this. Finally, they also sent me "before" and "after" pictures, without prompting, as we were unable to be on site at the time of service. Would definitely recommend for any duct-cleaning needs! (Editing to add: For anyone who lives in a building that requires a customized certificate of insurance, they also made getting one very easy!)
