Called them on 8/26/24 to have my AC fixed. I was told they would make a ticket and someone would call be back to schedule a time. It is now 9/5/24 and I have yet to receive a call to schedule it. I had to cancel and go with a different company. I do NOT recommend them.

Horrible service!! If I could give zero I would!!!! Jeff was supposed to fix our fridge ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO!!! I have had to call him 3 different times and the first time it was that it needed a motor then never came back the second was a steam blower and never came back now the fridge that was supposed to be fixed is still not working this is the FOURTH call to them to fix it. Jeff is rude from the time he walks in until he leaves and he left a horrible mess and didn’t even say anything. We have now lost all of our food yet AGAIN!!! Horrible!!!

Called for a technician. Days later they called me after 8am stated they left a voicemail- no voicemail was left. (I was at work). Technician was in town and leaving another local establishment, called me while on the phone I informed him I already purchased a new one and explained the problem. He said he was already enroute and arriving as we spoke. I refuse to pay a bill for something I had already troubleshoot and explained I didn’t need services for. Shelia and the other office clerk were rude. Obviously this repair guy has issues and zero ethics about his service calls.
