Good luck getting anyone when you call, and they will not return a call. Ive been trying to get them out to my place for 4 weeks. He said he would call and let me know the next day when i could be put on the schedule. I have text them and left messages. No response from either.

Called last week and was told someone could come the next day and to call and remind them. I called the next morning at 8 am and was told somebody would be over after noon. Waited all day long and nobody showed up. It’s been three days and I’ve called multiple times and goes to voicemail. Bad way to do business, now I have to start looking for someone again.

Electrician did a good job, so I gave him a 5. very expensive...could not find anyone else I received an invoice via text and could not download to save. Have asked for one to be emailed a couple times without success. I also asked it be forwarded via USPS. I moved and am missing mail, which PO cannot locate (property taxes so know they were mailed.) Really need the invoice for taxes.

Contacted JR electric yesterday. Kevin was at my moms 1st thing this morning. He was very knowledgeable about the situation. Couldn't beat the pricing! I'm glad a family member recommended them. Theyll be my go to buisness in the future!
