5 stars just isn't enough! We hired J & R Tile, Inc. to complete a forensic report on a kitchen remodel that we felt was very unacceptable. We needed a neutral party to give us an honest report on the work that our first contractor completed in our home prior to filing suit. The report was professional, detailed, listed not only what was wrong but in fact how it should have been completed according to basic industry standards. We were made aware of so much more than we could see as homeowners. This report was crucial for us to win our court case which we did. Erin and her team provided such professionalism that we have been beyond impressed. It proved we weren't just being difficult customers but that we were the victims of a contractor who left us with below standard, botched work

So let me begin by mentioning that this was the most traumatic experience of my life! It was an event in my life I did not want to speak of nor relive. However, I want to warn others the stress and anxiety I experienced not be in vain! Erin came to our home to quote my wife and I on a shower retile which she stated would be complete within 5-7 business days(late May). They began demolition on June 5th. I should've known off the first day when both project manager and crew of 2 show up an hour late when specified by Erin. After that is was error after error which I had to point out each time to Erin. It began with them breaking my restroom tile (which I had to mention to project manager) in the process of demolitioning my existing shower. It went from one week, two weeks, three weeks going
