J Rohr is a wonderful flooring store. I’ve been going there since the 1980’s. They are so good about helping me pick out the flooring I need. The gentlemen that install the flooring are wonderful also. They treat you like family. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! My new flooring is beautiful! I couldn’t be happier.

Upon entering the store, the staff is friendly and very good at sales. After purchasing, installation and customer service is lacking. RESPONSE TO J ROHR PICTURES DON'T LIE Four years has passed, and, you just responded? PHONE TAG....was more like it.... When you finally came, you saw nothing wrong . Your husband said the same thing. The kitchen flooring , as well as the carpeting, was bought in your store ...that was why it was added. My review remains.....

Hello. My wife and I were overdue to have the downstairs flooring replaced in our 2 story home. We had J Rohr install wood flooring in a small area around 20 years ago. We went back to J Rohr for new white oak 3/4" X 4 " wide planks. The two installer gentlemen were very good at their work. They moved the refrigerator, stove for new flooring underneath and provided a special removable plank at the front of the dishwasher in case it ever needs to be removed. As I am a woodworker I was elated that i was given an opportunity to assist. Two doors needed to be trimmed on the bottom to clear the new flooring. Overall, it was a very good installation.

The staff at J Rohr was very knowledgeable and super helpful in picking out our window treatment our slider. My husband and I decided on a sliding shutter and we love it! 13 years ago we purchased all our flooring from J Rohr and it still looks beautiful. I highly recommend J Rohr for all your decorating needs.
