Scheduled a heating duct cleaning over a month ago. Got scheduled over and was asked to move my appointment, not the people scheduled over me. Took a second half day off work to get flaked on again. Instead of rescheduling, I get cancelled on. Would never recommend this business. Caleb was the absolute worst. IN REGARDS TO THE RESPONSE: No he didn't and I have an entire text thread where not once did he say I had to check in the week of (a policy you're clearly just making up to make me look like the villain, or your employee isn't as great as you say because he flat out forgot to mention it), even though the text below is me confirming the week of without being told I had to. I had a problem with the handle on my Kenmore washer. I had purchased a new handle thinking I could install it myself, but when I had trouble, I gave JR’s Appliance Repair a call and Stan messaged me back the same day, on a Sunday over Memorial Day weekend. We never spoke on the phone, but we texted back-and-forth and I sent photos of what I was dealing with and Stan walked me through the entire repair. When we were finished my washer was fixed and I was thrilled. I asked what I owed him. He said nothing. Who does this anymore? I thanked him profusely and hope this positive review assures other would-be customers that Stan is your man! If I need an appliance repaired again, I will surely give him a call.
