J & S Air Conditioning Heating

It's Thursday February 20 2025 in East Cobb. I woke up at 5:30 AM and my furnace was not working. I noticed my two cats are acting cold. The low temperature this morning was around 21 degrees with strong winds. My house is really cold. Tomorrow morning the low temperature is expected to be around 18 degrees. What will I do? I called J&S Air Conditioning Heating just before 8:00 AM. A familiar voice answered; it was Ben and I felt my "cold fears" ease. I told Ben the problem. Ben has a comforting voice that I always know. Ben said, "Some one will be there at 10:00 am today". Around 9:40, the J&S Truck arrives in my driveway. It's Ben and a colleague. Was referred to them from a friend as I had my AC unit go out last week. Called and they put me on the schedule. Ben came out right on time, maybe a little bit early and was courteous, professional, and a friendly guy. Walked through what the issue was and what I tried to do to resolve it. Ben got right to work and had my AC unit up and running in 15 mins (probably would have taken him less time if he wasn’t entertaining my questions/stories). Overall great experience, not destroying me on cost was also a huge upside! Thanks all for coming out so quickly!!

I couldn't be happier. They came out within 48 hours while I wasn't home and fixed it. Came home to an invoice and paid the next day. They easily could have just told me I needed a new unit to try and upsell me but they didn't. When the time does come for me to upgrade systems they will be the first and only people I will call. Try these guys before you just call the ones you hear on the radio

These guys are the real deal. Very experienced and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I’ve had Ben out and then Rick and George on separate occasions. They are very honest and trustworthy, and really care about getting your system up and running at the most affordable cost to you. When I’ve had other companies say I need a new system or new thermostat that will cost thousands, J & S always comes through with a smart solution with their knowledge of furnaces and AC systems. I will only use J&S.

Every-time I need them, they are great. The people are very nice and I’m not worried about repairs that I don’t need. Overall l, they have been fantastic to work with.
