J & S Locksmith

I called the store to see if they were open and the woman that answered the phone was very rude. Yelling at me. If the store is not open why answer the phone. She has very poor customer service skills.

I really hate to do this but this is the 6th or 7th time in the past few months I have tried to do buisness during normal hrs but they are usally closed with the doors locked. I can understand that if you just don't care about the walk in buisness but stop posting buisness hrs if your unavailable.

This shop VERY VERY VERY BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS LOCKSMITH.... CALL THEM AND CAME TO SHOP 20 TIMES NEVER OPEN ...WAIST TIME WAST GAS

The lady that answered the phone was very rude .... I understand its christmas eve .. but thats no excuse for treating someone bad thats having a family emergency ... Especially when this business does what it does

Super chill people, pretty fast and very cheap. Will never go to another locksmith
