Pump and pool sweep stopped working I thought they were not getting power. I called J&S and they sent a young man named Citty out to diagnose my problem. He was quickly able to determine that there was a problem with my clock/timer, had a replacement on his truck and had my problem fixed in no time. Citty has both professional and knowledgeable. If I could just give the gentleman that fixed the waterfall a 5 I would. However, he did have to come out twice, because the entirety of the issue was not fixed the first time. During this time, I had spoken to the staff, over the phone, on 3 different occasions about monthly pool service. The woman I spoke to (tammy) was very rude and condescending. She stated, "I'll check and see if we can add you or not, we are very busy." I also asked the repairman twice about monthly service and he stated he would speak with the owner. I never received a call back. I think they should be left alone, since they are so busy they can't return a call or be professional and kind on the phone. My advice....call someone else.

Had a robotic pool sweep giving us fits. It took a couple tries but they got it all taken care of for us. Super friendly staff all around and very patient with the process.

We have been going here for a pool supplies and help for 15yrs. Brian is the best! The knowledge and support we get sets this company apart from the rest. Brian has helped so much and a couple years ago we had our pool resurfaced and all equipment and pump upgraded with new lighting. Brian made sure we had the right stuff and what a difference our pool looks now. Check this place out for your pool and backyard needs.

Had an issue with my new pump where it wasn’t running at max RPM. The manufacturer led me to J&S, even though they did not originally install it. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and they took care of the issue quickly, repairing the pump back to like-new condition. Would recommend them again. Thank you.
