Just had my roof replaced at my home in Trenton. I was really impressed with the company. Ed came out gave me a very thorough estimate. Roof was started very quickly after that. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the job. They seemed to really care about my house and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I contacted J&S roofing via email. The very next day I received a call from Austin and we set a time for him to put a bid on our roof. He came by on a Friday, I met with him and discussed the roofing options that were available. There were times when I had to call or text Austin after normal operating business hours and I always received a quick reply. Austin is very respectful, professional and his customer service is second to none. Fast forward a few weeks, I turn in the contracts and Austin said he needs to move up the start date about a week and a half, which was no problem at all.
