This company replaced the roof for my neighbor on Tuesday. I live in a fee simple adjoining town houses. Simply put that means I own the driveway the land, the roof, and the siding everything. It’s like owning a single-family home just attached to another home. When I arrived home on Tuesday, I noticed that my front bushes have been trampled, Pieces have been knocked out of my Rockwall. My pathway on the side of my house had been cleared of snow. It was obvious that the roofers had used my side walkway and my driveway to drag their tarps of used materials out to the street. They obviously dragged this across my property without permission. It left a trail of small plastic pieces that likely held the roof roofing tiles together in the package all over my side walkway all over my driveway.

We had our home re roofed in June of 24. Unfortunately in January a tree fell on our home and damaged a section of the roof. Joe Penyak and his team came out shortly after our insurance company paid and did the same excellent job on the repair that they did on the replacement last year. Joe's crew recently replace my aging roof of 25 years. You have seen their signs along 1& 9 near Newark airport for many years and along Rt 22 in Green Brook so you know they have been around forever. Joe's quick to respond to any questions or concerns, from estimate, to material selection, to install, and to just about anything, even after the install. The crew was professional and cleaned up all the debris after the job is done so all you need to do is sit back and relax and enjoy a worry-free new roof for the next 25+ years. All work done right in less than a day. It's not just me saying so, ask all my neighbors that Joe helped in the last year or so and everyone says Joe is the best. Thanks a bunch.

Replaced our 20+ year roof recently, Joe and his team have done a great job. Material ordering and work scheduling are smooth. On work day the crew cleaned up around the house post installation. Happy with the experience.

JT Penyak graciously donated a gutter cleaning for a tricky tray. We won the gutter cleaning and I am so impressed with how thorough the cleaning was. Our neighbors have pine trees which constantly clog our gutters, and our gutters were long overdue for a cleaning. They also screwed in a piece of soffit that had loosened without even asking or charging extra. We will definitely contact them in the future for any roofing needs and refer them to friends and family.
