Superior service this morning with my dryer repair. Kevin, the technician, had the part on arrival, and was finished in less than an hour. So pleased to have my dryer back up and running. Also, did a quick vent cleanup while he was here. Much appreciated. Thanks JT’s Appliance Repair!

Kevin was very pleasant to work with. He arrived on time and was very respectful of me and my property. He was very thorough in investigating why my washer wasn't draining properly. He told me his diagnosis and gave me some options. JT's was recommended to me by my sister, and I would call them again if I needed to (but hopefully I don't!). I really appreciate great customer service, and JT's delivered.

A little different of an experience perhaps but overall excellent. There was no repair done, instead it was an explanation of what was wrong and the problem while fixable was definitely not cost-effective. They were able to come right out did not have to wait for days and since they were able to come right out, we were able to go get a replacement right away as well. Very prompt, professional honest, and very reasonable price for the diagnosis. Definitely would call again.

From start to finish the whole repair went fabulous, they scheduled an appointment was there in a timely manner. And only took them a few minutes to fix my dryer, and then it was up and running. We'll definitely use them again in highly recommend.

Called this company to fix washing machine, worker came quickly which I appreciate and said it was fixed. I pay, he leaves and I go to wash a load and still won’t work. The company made it right by sending him out the next day without a second charge of course. And I gave them benefit of the doubt, if happens. But my star review dropped with the worker’s nasty rude comments. He said “my boss said no fee for second time, but we should charge you, it’s not my fault” and I kept thanking him for coming back too! And was just super grumpy and made a few other comments how it’s broken because of me and how I need to just buy a new washer. Honestly I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the comments. It was fair price, they made it right but I didn’t appreciate the rude comments.
