J V Harrison Backhoe and Septic

I can't say enough to the credit of JV Harrison Backhoe and Septic. They came out, with their hilarious Stool Bus, just to pump our septic system which ended up showing some indicators of problems. They immediately exchanged the stool bus for a work truck and dug up and repaired the system, all in the same day. They explained everything as we went, and now I have full confidence that the system will work correctly for many many years to come. I am very happy with their work and professionalism, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing answers towards their septic concerns.

JV Harrison pumps your septic with a single axel truck painted like a school bus. The music from the truck, lets you think an ice cream truck is in the neighborhood. A pleasant experience since the major company's have triple axel trucks and will touch bottom on many long driveways. Great work, very clean, leaves no mess!! Recommended if you need a small truck to pump your septic. And have your kids smile when they see and hear this truck.

JV Harrison and his serviceman came to my home to check my septic system. They checked and he explained the condition of my system ,all was fine. I always take care of the system and clean the filter and pump as needed to prolong the life of my system..I think he is both honest and efficient in his work . I would highly recommend his service as he keeps in contact with you and will tell you his availability and shows up or calls you if he has an emergency to deal with. We weren't scammed but we were taken advantage of... We had a septic backup in our house and called for service. He came out in the late afternoon did some trouble shooting and defined that water was not coming into the septic...blockage in the waste pipe to the septic. Confirmed they would be back the following day with equipment. Knowing nothing of septic, I let him proceed with fixing the problem...went inside to be with my kids. They started digging up my runoff field, I went outside to ask why they were digging in the field when the blockage is occurring before the septic tank. He said Well I’m just checking here first.
