After speaking with J V it was clear and unfortunate that he is caught in the middle due to lack of information given to him regarding the request per our addendum contract of buying the home. He has made a very generous offer to help us which we greatly appreciate. He has taken the extra steps to try and make this situation right. J V was hired by the sellers to fix the heating and air issue before we bought the home. instead of fully doing his job he went off the recommendation of the inspector and only changed the thermostat well come find out it's not the thermostats it's the fan and blower motors that are bad. He refuses to back his work and charged the sellers and didn't fully fix the issue now pawning the issue on to is

We had a fan motor on our heat pump go out, got in touch with Sizemore heating and Air and they promptly had it replaced and heat back on.
