I have had to hire another roofer to finish the job done by JW Contractors so that I can sell the house. In the summer of 2013 JW Contractors put a decent EPDM roof on my house but failed to replace and make water tight the downspouts. The result was that ice damming, that I told them I wanted the new roof to prevent, happened again in the 2013-14 winter and destroyed all of the inside wall and ceiling repair work I had had done after JW installed the roof. Jerry, the lead person for JW, told me that the downspouts were not a part of the contract even though I had showed him the existing ice damming damage when I hired him and explained that stopping the ice damming was the reason for my replacing the roof. This company violates any privacy you might have . Ihave a bike in the garage . Jerry asked if he could buy togive to his daughter n we said no because its an adult bike and ours .. we just bought it !! Well he stole it .. really unprofessional garavage
