Our heating system stopped working on Monday, February 2nd. After meeting with 2 heating and air vendors on Tuesday we decided to go with JW Long Mechanical Heating and Air. Scott, who represented JW Long, was great. He answered all our questions, explained the whole process and recommended the proper replacement unit. He and Janis helped with getting the paperwork done and the unit was requested. Bright and early Thursday morning, as promised, the unit was delivered and installed. JW Long has done service work at my house for years and recently replaced a split system that had died. They were great. They always are quick to respond when i have an issue and never over charge me. They also repaired some damaged ductwork in my crawl space. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love their service and am always recommending them whenever someone needs HVAC work! The technician we have is fantastic and really honest. During a routine checkup, he spotted a part on its way out and took the time to show me the difference between the old capacitor and the shiny new one he installed. As someone who isn’t very familiar with air conditioning systems, I really appreciated his kindness and expertise. It’s nice to know I can trust them!
