After interviewing 5 contracting companies to completely renovate my master bathroom, I selected “JA Renovations” based on professionalism, responsiveness, demonstrated expertise during the interview, past reviews, and reasonable price quote. Fernando submitted a written quote and then I signed the final contract. Except for removing my roman tub, Jairo and Edwardo of JA Renovations “completely gutted” my master bathroom, which also included doubling the shower size and removing a wall and a bath step. They did an “excellent” job installing all ceiling and wall lighting, shower and wall tile, floor tile, shower system, shower niche, shower floor, bathtub and vanity faucets, toilet, and painted walls. They were timely every morning to start work, covered the work area, and cleaned up the

Jairo and his team were efficient, timely and extremely professional/courteous while addressing a very short notice project I contracted them for. From exterior painting to internal electrical solutions, they were more than willing and able to meet my needs and exceeded my expectations. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

Jairo and his assistant worked rapidly to replace all of the drywall in my living room. They were friendly and didn’t make it a big deal out of it when I asked them to correct some small mistakes on their work and the invoice which I really appreciated - “customer satisfaction guaranteed.” I would use them again.

J&A was courteous, professional, reasonably priced and on-time. The work conducted was excellent craftsmanship! I had a vision and I felt I was taken seriously and listened too. Additionally, I was also offered ideas to accomplish my customized cabinetry. I really can't say enough on how awesome and personable they were! My Kicthen was mainly a refurbishment of my cabinets and countertops. However, my sub-floor had to be repaired and my flooring replaced. Also, my Kitchen cabinets were painted. With all that done my Kitchen looks brand new! And I love it! They were sure to go step by step with me through the process! Could not be happier with the work of J.A. Renovations on our kitchen. We interviewed at least 10 different companies and selected them as they were responsive, prompt in their estimate, direct and agreed to do everything for a reasonable price which they did not go over in price on. The men were friendly and very professional. They were also incredibly accommodating when one of our appliances took longer than expected to be delivered. You also cannot beat the one year warranty on their services. Very satisfied customers!!!
