Jabara's Carpet Outlet

Thank you so much to the Jabara team with the carpet install in our basement! Many thanks to Chris Houdek especially and his patience while I decided which carpet was the best option. Jennifer was also very pleasant to work with in regard to the schedule as was very communicative. Excellent customer service all around!

Great experience! Our salesman, Pedro, was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He gave us space to roam around the carpet section and provided advice and feedback at the perfect moments. We took some samples home and landed on the perfect option, which thankfully happened to be on a holiday sale for almost 50% off. We ordered and picked up same week. The pickup specialist, Dey, was awesome at helping cut into the exact sizing we needed for 2 different rooms as well as taking care when loading our rolls onto the trailer. We will be returning for all future projects!!

I had a great experience shopping for carpet at Jabara’s. Each person I talked to from the gallery to the outlet was friendly and eager to help in any way to get the best carpet for my project. The gentleman that came to take measurements was very efficient and answered all my questions.The installers did a great job and completed the job quickly. Thanks to you all!

I’m had an absolutely wonderful experience in getting new floors in my house. I met Chris Holman who was very professional about explaining his recommendations on products and his reasoning. I was sooo glad I listened to him, he set me up to win not only on product selection but also sending a man named Kyle who provided a very detailed measurement of every room involved. There were none of those uh ohs and having to charge me more at the end. They even found a way to save me more money in the end. I highly recommend Dustin Dodson as an installer, you can see in the pics uploaded that his work was excellent! He even helped me lemon oil a few pieces of trim that he needed before I got it done. We just had flooring replaced in a bathroom. Chris Holman was the salesperson, Kyle Anderson was the estimator, and Alberto was the installer. All three were very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the job, and will take our business there in the future. In addition, all the people on the phone were very cheerful.
