Jabco Inc Master Pools

Jabco built my pool. It needs work, so I called Jabco for over 6 months. The first time I called, I left a message and two weeks went by, and no call back. I called back and the receptionist rudely told me that she left my message on the owner's desk and he would call me back, please do not keep calling. A month passes, no call back, so I call back. The receptionist is rude to me again and said I already have 2 messages on his desk to call you back. Never received a call back. I drove out to the business twice, just thinking they have a rude receptionist and there was never anyone there. Never waste your time thinking they will call you back.

Spent thousands of dollars on a pool liner. From day one it had two large creases in the liner. Multiple attempts to contact, multiple “we’re going to be out to get that fixed for you”, only to find out that they don’t care in the least about the quality of their install when more profitable jobs are out there. I used this place for a few years and it was really good, until I got this liner installed. Asked around and this apparently happens a lot. Avoid Jabco pools like the plague. ….3 years, still not fixed

They did everything they agreed to and more. Very professional and efficient. Great job! Would recommend to anyone who needs a vinyl liner installed.

Two summers ago no pool store in a 50 mile radius could fix our chemical problems but there knowledge was the best around. Cleared us up in a week and DID NOT cost an arm and a leg. Have been crystal clear ever since. I highly recommend Jabco and I will personally never use another pool store. BTW.....I have tried chlorinectabs from walmart to everywhere else. Do yourself a favor, spend the money on good ones!!

They have a nice place and they are remodeling. The young lady who help me was really friendly. The product I bought was very reasonably priced.
