Zack and Jack Dumas have done maintenance on my furnace for about three years and I always had a good experience. They had Elias, a younger plumber, come to fix my leaking toilet and he did an awesome job and was he was super-professional. Good prices, honest guys, very good experience all around, whether it was myself or my husband at home on days they visited.

I just had some plumbing work done with this company. I called early this morning (6:30). Zach called me back within a few short minutes. I was told they would see me between 10 and 2. At noonish Cooper showed up (calling ahead of time). He is very professional. Worked at replacing a small item in my toilet tank. He then looked at my two outside faucets that have been leaking. He fixed both within 10 or so minutes. All old parts were taken away. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much. You have a very happy new customer.

I cannot say enough good things about Jack Dumas Plumbing and Heating. We have been customers for years, and have never once regretted our choice. Our latest disaster was the malfunctioning of our hot water heater on Saturday night. Zack Dumas texted that same night, called the next morning, and had someone at our door at 8:00 Monday morning. I used these guys just today for a frozen burst pipe in my bathroom. They were walking out my door less than 20 minutes after arriving. They are fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the service that was provided. After calling 14 other numbers I'm greatful that they were able to fit me in so quickly. I called at 1:30, they were at my house at 2 and out by 2:20. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them if I need to in the future Update: Had the same guys come out to try to install the toilet that service master to kindly left in my kitchen.
