We had a new furnace and heat pump installed last year. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The system has run flawlessly. The user-friendly thermostat they installed works great, and even has an app, so you can easily control the thermostat from your phone. The Daikin furnace that we installed utilizes 20 x 23 x 1“ filters, which is an odd size, so you have to order them online. Not available at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Heebee recently came and did a complete and thorough check up of all the components of the system. I appreciate his professionalism and friendly manner. In fact every time we call, the people on the phone are friendly and helpful. We recommend Jack Lehr.

We have been on a regular maintenance schedule with Jack Lahr for almost two years now and no complaints, really great service all around. Their technicians are all very professional and thorough. They also have a great turn around time on repairs. Quinton was our most recent technician and he was very prompt and communicated/explained everything that needed to be done very well. From the start, it was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment, and they were able to find a time quickly for a repair, which was especially reassuring with a severe storm approaching. Manny did a fantastic job diagnosing the heating issues in our home and performed a very thorough check of our existing heating and HVAC system. What really stood out was how clearly and thoughtfully he explained everything. He walked me through the system, outlined potential repairs, and helped prioritize which issues needed urgent attention versus which could safely be addressed later.
