Opened an account in July and paid the first delivery by credit card. Set up the budget plan. Since I keep a spreadsheet I noticed a bogus double credit of $360 which then disappeared after a few months. Since I ran out of credit balance, I sent in an additional payment which Ollie called and suggested they shred since my payment plan was over. Then my Jan delivery exceeded my credit balance and the driver left an invoice with an envelope for the $55.66 balance due. I sent a check that day. 2 days later my credit card was charged $65.36 without my permission. When I called Ollie said I no longer get the discounted rate because my payment plan was over!!! Never dealt with such incompetence. I moved my account to another supplier.

Jameson was very friendly and professional. We needed an unexpected service at a routine cleaning and he was wonderful at explaining the function, need and price as well as providing excellent service!

Brennan got my oil furnace back up and running quickly. He also educated me on the inner workings of my heating system and explained everything perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service.

I called today for a quote to install a tankless hot water heater. First thing I was asked was if I was a current customer. I replied, “no” and was quickly informed they charge a higher rate for non-customers. She went on to take my info and I asked her to explain this “higher rate.” I was told I would be charged $85 per hour instead of $60 per hour since I was not a current customer. I asked well, wouldn’t I be a current customer when they begin work? She replied, “no” since I did not have an account with them already. I understand rewarding your customers, however I feel this approach is odd. As far as being a “current” customer my house does not use heating oil and your company does not deliver propane. In addition, we are new to the area and we did not have anything serviced or signed

I ordered 100 gallons of oil and paid online. I then went downstairs to my basement 3 days later and noticed the tank had oil, but I had never gotten a receipt. I called the company and asked what happened and then they said that they would mail me a receipt. I waited 2 weeks for it and it never arrived. 3 weeks later I ordered another 100 gallons and paid online just like last time except this time I did get a receipt. On the receipt it said what I order and things like that but when I looked closer it said i owned 7 dollars and a couple cents. Once again I had to call the company, they said that it was from the first time I ordered oil because they put 103 gallons when I only asked for 100. Since I got no receipt I'm not fully aware of how much they put in my tank but even so I reluctant
