I spoke with customer service representative Olivia, very polite, nice, and understanding of my needs. She was very very helpful with scheduling my visit, she spoke very clearly and professionally… Service guy showed up told me his name was Alfred, he was also very helpful, polite, and very professional! He explained to me what was wrong with my unit inside and outside, explained to me what needed to be done and approximately how long he would need to get the unit back working properly and he did just that… Great team! Fantastic communication skills! I made a decision to go ahead and get maintenance work done and I’m glad I did. He was very fast also did not exceed the time he told me he would be there he was actually faster and I have not had a problem with my ac unit since… Thank you guy

Terry and Alexi came to do an install today that we were in need of and did an immaculate job, new plenums supply unit and returns actually stayed late to finish the job and it was a job well done. I used to use Air Pros, until the guy that came out to my home tried some high pressure sales pitch to get me to replace my entine homes duct work for a "bargain" super discount for military veterans of only $14,000. After that, and because my home was not cooling and because I suspected some fishy business, I called a different company and they came out to recharge my system with 1.5 pounds of refridgerant which the Air Pros guy had let out of the system as soon as he had arrived. Imagine that. $300+ to Air Pros for nothing, and $175 to a second company who actually resolved the Air Pros made situation, and my A/C was back up and running smooth. I also found the refridgerant cap Air Pros had dropped inside the Compressor Housing and put it back on to prevent refridgerant leakage. Now ask

On Oct. 9th,2025 I found them by online Ads under BRUNO AC, which I later on known with Affiliate with Jack Rabbit AC. So I was request to remove the current Radon reduction system from Attic, the technician came next day did & also preform the Maintenance of AC, ask to sign some kind of agreement which covers twice a year regular maintenance which members-ship for $140. And they took our Radon Reduction machine, which cost $1900 when installed in 20210. Because I don’t know it need Building Dept approve to do the job, as Jack Rabbit AC co they’re in this industry & suppose well knowledge of what procedure of this process. And they did this job without required Permit, and later on after I fighting them with the correction , and they just give me a Application#( which suppose we get that A
