Jack's All-American Plumbing

This company installed our water softener and the system leaked resin beads into our entire home. They knew the damage this causes, never told us, and claimed it was ‘fixed.’ Over the next year we had failing appliances, pressure issues, leaks, and now potential mold. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility and even charged us full price for a premature water heater replacement caused by their mistake. This is unethical and dangerous service. *** Thank you for the reply. I will not be calling. For documentation and transparency, I prefer all communication in writing. To clarify the situation: we have time-stamped photos of the original installation because we were excited to show our family the “upgrade.” These photos clearly show that the water softener was installed incorrectly

We don’t usually review places, but we made an exception. We just wanted to say that we called a couple of plumbing places and Jack’s plumbing was the most reasonable price out there. Not only were they on time, kind & loyal to their price!! They were quick, and did it fantastic job. We were very happy customers. We would Absolutely recommend Jack’s Plumbing!!!

Unfortunately we found a leak in the shower. We had to take out some of the tile and then modify The pressure balance valve trim. Mark gave it his all to please me since I wasn’t going to be able to have quite what I had imagined. The job turned out great. So did all the faucets and other bathtub fixtures.

So the day before there was a backup at our office building that impacted 3 different offices. Jacks plumbing came out and cleared the line and in the process of it scratched my new toilet. When I called them I didn't expect to have any thing but just an I'm sorry. However today they sent Jeff and Carson out and not only took care of the toilet but also was willing to haul off an old toilet at no cost or charge. They certainly put Customer service as a high priority. The only reason for the 4 Stars was I wish I didn't have to call them for the second visit, however it's always better to have a good experience in the end and that was their goal well done thank you Jeff and Carson and Jacks!

My water heater was on its last leg and was making a booming noise, called up jack’s plumber, since we had used them before they came out quickly installed a new one and had hot water that night I was highly impressed with Nathan and Jeff I highly recommend them and this company
