Jack's Laundromat

In my opinion, Jack’s Laundromat is using an extremely unethical booting and towing service. There were no visible signs anywhere in the lot to indicate parking restrictions or warn drivers that they could be towed. My car was booted and towed without any notice, and it cost me over $700 to get it back. I believe this practice is predatory and questionable at best. It caused unnecessary stress and financial strain. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider going elsewhere until this issue is addressed. Beware.

I been going there for 10 years. Today my machine stop and the older lady that works there was not helping us. Started yell and accusing us of put to much comfortable in the washer. I told her that The washer Started and 10 minutes into wash it the machine stop. She was rude. No help at all. This place has changed in the past year. Now, I must go to the other laundromat. now, I am going to post this on all my social media.

Worst customer service, one of my machines was not properly washing... little to no water was coming down. I inform the older lady that manages there and her response was excuses after excuses. Instead of her simply stopping the washing machine and refund me so I can put to wash in a new one. After I put all the soap I had in that machine, for it not to wash was extremely annoying . Terrible service been coming here for years because is close by but this is the straw that broke the camels back, her attitude is super unprofessional.

The worst laundry experience I had was in this laundry, dirty, the dryers do not dry, bad service. Keep away from it
