I've been using Jack's Roofing for well over 20 years with great results. Any crew they send is always timely and does great work. They never try to upsell me... they just fix the problem. I've recommended them to friends and they're done everything from patching leaks to complete roof replacement. And they work with slate (my house) as well as shingle. During a recent storm, a tree fell on my roof and I needed my roof replaced. I contacted Jack's Roofing Company to get an estimate for replacing my roof. They came out the next day to examine the roof and discuss options for replacement. They even made a repair on the spot to prevent any further damage before work began! The following day the foreman came and brought additional shingle samples and very patiently answered all my questions about color and variations of shingles. The work crew arrived promptly everyday and left the site clean and tidy. I LOVE my new roof and have already received compliments from my neighbors. I highly recommend Jack's Roofing Company. Such a refreshingly responsive and honest company. I put down a deposit but then was not able to work with them due to an issue with my existing solar panels and they sent a full refund, no questions asked. Also when we were picking shingles, they were very responsive to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. I was sad that we couldn't use them because our neighbors were also thrilled with them.
