Jack's Tile City

Jack’s Tile City does Fantastic work. Workers were very professional and got the job done fast. They cleaned up after the job was complete and left the job site spotless.

They raised the price that they quoted me, they raised the price on the tile when we had to order more. Plus they shorted us on square footage that we paid for!!! I tried to reason with them including the manager and they would not work with us whatsoever! They also didn't tell me that there was a shelf-life on the mortar and I am certain with me being a female they knew that I would have no idea about that. Lastly, they didn't tell me that the mortar that I purchased wasn't recommended for the tile that we had purchased until I asked to get it exchanged which they wouldn't do. Wasted about $1,500 with them! I would not recommend them nor would I use them again!!! They deserve 0 stars!
