Lady in the office was amazing. I had an unpleasant experience with someone in the warehouse..if it were up to him I'd give zero stars. The lady neutralized the experience.

Been a GOODMAN/AMANA for 18-Years, NOW they don't want to stand behind their Parts Warranty. Says you must be the LAND OWNER, even though you registered it at the same address, still same LAND owner 6-years later THEY REJECTED PARTS WARRANTY! This customer has a LIFETIME Compressor, they will get if ANYthing happens to their Compressor or Parts (within 4 years left) I did go get copy of LAND DEED that is in customers name,(has been that way since before unit purchased) JOSE would not speak to me. 09/03/2024 NOW They trying to get out of another. I have reported both of these to the Ms & Texas Attorney Generals office. They told me they are Checking into this NOW!

The guys who work in the front and in the warehouse are so busy and work hard. I’ve been to different warehouses like Goodman and the difference is phenomenal in how hard these guys work. Because of that the guys in the warehouse who bring your order to you can get a bit rough & grouchy.
