Best prices and great selection from my comparison shopping of about a half dozen tile places. I liked that I was able to browse around without being followed around by a salesperson, although I can see how some people might mistake that as poor customer service. I visited 4 times before purchasing and I never felt pressured to buy. One star off because they do not deliver (may or may not be important to you based on your job size), although they were nice enough to try to help me coordinate with a 3rd party. Also I have to say that one employee in particular was a bit curt with me on a couple occasions but I understand that time is a factor and we are all busy people.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I could not believe the selection and prices. If you can't find what you want, I would be shocked. Jake is so helpful and nice. I arranged for shipping to Northern California TWICE and it has gone without a hitch. I'll be back!

Jackson Tile Design Center Inc. had all the tile I needed on site. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Next time I have a project to do, Jackson Tile will be first place I'll go. Thanks Jackson tile you made the process great.

Tommy was nice and helpful. Their tiles have great price. mosaic and other accessories are more expensive because some of them are imported.

Terrible customer service.. Inquired for some material available and this guy just have an attitude for no reason like he didn't want to help at all. I just wanted to ask some question but I guess he wasn't in the mood.
