These guys are amazing, seriously. Honest, helpful, informative and not trying to gouge. We switched from wood burning to gas and had issues with soot build up. Got a quote from another local company to “fix” and wildly more expensive (thousands) with items we didn’t need. Make them your first call. You won’t regret it. Kyle Wallace was the gentleman who serviced the unit and saved us a lot of money, great product, and solved the soot problem and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service. John came out to do our inspection - he was kind, efficient, and yet took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. He was honest and gave us some great, cost-saving advice. Would recommend them to anyone. A family member had a similarly great experience, which is how I found them in the first place.
