I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jacob & Rhodes Heating and Air Conditioning. Remington Baney and Jaime Valdivia came out to service my system, and they were honestly amazing from start to finish. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. What I appreciated most was how clearly they explained everything. No confusing technical talk, no pressure, just real, honest communication about what was going on and how they were going to fix it. You can tell they take pride in their work. They were thorough, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. They also treated my home with respect, which matters more than people realize. Michael seemed knowledgeable about our heating system and was thorough in his work. Hope it was an excellent job done cuz he was in the attic replacing the part. He’s va very nice and personable employee. We were very satisfied either way his work.

The HVAC employee, Carter, showed up when he was scheduled to be here and even called about 5 minutes ahead of time to tell me he was coming. He had the correct replacement part and even cleaned up after installing it. He was very polite and professional!

Jarod and Austin came out to do our biannual maintenance and they were fantastic. Punctual, friendly and great customer service. They found our thermostat to be malfunctioning and offered options that saved us time and money. Super appreciate their help and advice. Would recommend them to anyone! Also, I requested a second opinion after I installed a new thermostat since me and electrical don’t get along. Michael came out first thing the next day and double checked the wiring, the thermostat functions and that our heat pump was doing what it’s supposed to. And he drives the scooby doo van so he has all those going for him. Super friendly and so very helpful! Thank you guys!
